Cancellation Policy
At EasyTeezy, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience. We understand that sometimes plans change, so we have established a flexible cancellation policy. Please review the following terms carefully.
Order Cancellation by Customer
- Non-Customized Products:
- If you wish to cancel an order for a non-customized product, you may do so within 24 hours of placing the order.
- Cancellations made within this timeframe will receive a full refund.
- If the order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
- Customized Products:
- For products with custom designs (e.g., personalized t-shirts, mugs, bags), cancellations are only permitted if the request is made within 1 hour of placing the order.
- Due to the unique nature of customized items, we begin production shortly after the order is placed. As a result, once the customization process has started, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.
How to Request a Cancellation
To request a cancellation, please contact us at support@easyteezy.com with your order number and reason for cancellation. Our customer service team will review your request and confirm the cancellation if eligible.
Order Cancellation by EasyTeezy
We reserve the right to cancel orders under certain circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Stock unavailability
- Inaccurate or incomplete customer information
- Technical issues with pricing or product listings
In the rare case that EasyTeezy cancels your order, you will receive a full refund to the original payment method. We will notify you promptly via email regarding any such cancellation.
Refund Process for Canceled Orders
- Approved cancellations will be processed within 7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
Important Notes
- If your order is ineligible for cancellation (e.g., customization has started or the item has shipped), it cannot be canceled or refunded.
